「這個很像星星吧？我媽媽說我們都是從星星上下來的，他說我們大家都早就認識了。你們覺得呢？」
“This looks like a star, doesn’t it? My mother said we all came down from the stars. She said we had all known each other long before. What do you think?”
「在很久很久以前，一個很遠很遠的地方，那裡有一座高山，高山上住著很多的動物還有植物，其中，最不起眼的，就是懸崖邊的小白花。」
“Long, long ago, in a place far, far away, there stood a tall mountain. Upon that mountain lived many animals and plants. Among them, the most inconspicuous of all was a small white flower growing at the edge of the cliff.”
「她會偷偷的用花瓣聽風，或用花蕊看雲，幻想當北風或是雲霧的感覺，有時也會在下雨的時候祈禱自己可以跟著水滴到山下玩耍⋯⋯」
“She would secretly listen to the wind with flower petals, or watch the clouds through the flower’s core, imagining what it felt like to be the north wind or drifting mist. Sometimes, when it rained, she would pray that she could follow the raindrops down the mountain to play….”
「沒有媽媽的媽媽，獨自把我扶養長大，我關燈的時候她沒有回來，如同我開燈的時候她也不在⋯⋯」
